Individual Counseling

Today is a great day to get started! Why today? well… why not. Many people are very anxious/worried about going to therapy but that feeling goes away once they enter my space. The therapy room is a place to where one can be seen, acknowledged and accepted with no judgement. Individual counseling is a client driven process where we go at your pace and work through mutually agreed upon goals. We may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or even Play Therapy.
